Nice location. Excellent views. Easy check in and out. Kind and prompt responses from guest services. Overall very nice property.
We were on the 6th floor. Elevator not working so lots of stairs with heavy luggage and removal of garbage. Was not informed in advance. No wash clothes even after asking. Water was not hot in kitchen or main bath. And shower had hair in it from previous guests. Cleaners were in the room still when we got there and they just lingered around. Also they came in unannounced to check towel status after complaining luckily we had just gotten dressed. Living room furniture could use an upgrade.
