Der Gasthof liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Villingen, ist aber ruhig gelegen und verfügt über großzügige Parkplätze. Unser Zimmer und das zugehörige Bad sind relativ neu und gepflegt. Es war überall sehr ordentlich und perfekt sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zum Frühstück wurden die Eier auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Ausserdem kann man im Restaurant abends sehr gut essen.
Die Kopfkissen sind mit Schaumstoff gefüllt und waren dadurch für mich persönlich etwas unbequem.

Chefin war sehr nett und bemüht alles bestens zu erfüllen. Frühstück war gut, Eier wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Essen im Restaurant bodenständig und ehrlich. Gute Qualität der Speisen. Besonders die Schlachtplatte und der Kartoffelsalat.
Es gab nichts was uns gestört hätte.

Das Hotel liegt an einer Durchfahrtstraße "entsprechend war der Lärm durch Vorbeifahrende Fahrzeuge bis in die Nacht hinein", das Badezimmer hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 1 x 1 m "entsprechend eng war es im Bad",
