My 2nd time staying and I'll keep coming. Location is perfect for flight-catching at Accra International Airport. Team is considerate and helpful. They go extent ensuring guests are okay. Lady at reception pulled 'magic' and got me food at midnight, when I checked in late. Property is adequately secured, with man-guards day/night. The guards are very supportivel. They washed my car on both occasions by morning, arranged car for me to Airport and assisted my car pickup by my folks after I connected to Airport.

Not much to say. Operators should continue maintaining property and exceeding service expectations.

They should have consideration for early checkin… imagine getting in by 7am only to be allowed to check in by 2pm that wait was painful for I and 2year old . And why should I be forced to eat core English breakfast while am in Africa and the strict rule of not able to order what I want because it’s slated for lunch so i have to wait until it’s lunch time before I can make order .

The hotel uses an exchange rate that is significantly higher than the prevailing market rate. While rates were around GHS 11.7–12.0 to the dollar, they were charging GHS 12.5. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the room. The washroom had visible mold, rusty rails, and a shower head with mold and rust. When I reported this, the response was dismissive. One male staff member felt “these were nothing”, despite the obvious hygiene concerns. They really need to step up with their housekeeping and maintenance culture. The last time I was there, I was given wet pillowcases because according to them their dryer wasn’t working and the weather wasn’t favorable. I had to iron them out for use. I was offered a downgrade to a Standard Room instead of the King's Room paid for, with no discount or compensation. When I questioned this, I was told, “It's just $10,” which was unprofessional, dismissive and missed the point entirely. Unfortunately, the replacement room had problems too: poor drainage, inadequate lighting, and a tiny towel. After a long journey, I was too exhausted to continue arguing. To top it all off, I woke up around midnight to discover that my reservation had been changed from four nights to one night.
