    Good location with plenty of eateries nearby. Overall, it is value for money and the cleanliness is average. However, the housekeeping did not change the bedsheet for 4 consecutive days until I gave feedback to the receptionist. The bedsheet was only replaced on the last day. The hanging lamp was also covered with thick dust. I believe the room switches are overly sensitive, as the curtain and basin mirror light automatically turned on every night. Soundproofing is poor, the sound of next doors closing could be heard very clearly, even at midnight. Another inconvenience is that there are only two lifts shared among multiple tenants in the building. The waiting time can be quite long, and there are many outsiders going in and out of the lifts. That said, overall it is still considered value for money. Special thanks and kudos to the receptionist on duty on 20/5/2026 at around 1:20am. She was very helpful and personally guided me to my room doorstep. She also helped me set up the WiFi on both my phone and laptop, as I do not use WeChat and had difficulty doing it myself. Thank you for the excellent assistance.

    The hotel is convenient for shoppers but if you have big luggage’s the room space are limited , this is an old building mix with residential and other hotel. Safety issues also concern during day time anyone can go in the hotel area and out room lock is spoil. They only close it during night. Lift takes very long especially during check in and check out time. You need to carry your luggage’s for few steps of staircase. The welcome cocktail can be improve
