    The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area, while the facilities were well-maintained and added to a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, which, combined with good value for money, made for an outstanding overall stay.

    This building is owned by 3 hotel operators. Cons 1. Poor security: Hotel door has no security latch. You sleep feeling unease. Common lift has no security feature. Anyone including delivery boy can use the lift. There is no security guard. 2. Lift has cigarette smell even though there is no smoking sign. 3. No safe box in room. 4. The picture attached is not the main lobby. You have to go up to 13F to register. 5. Hotel Room: floor was dusty. Walls were damp. Ceiling appear unfinished. You can hear the dragging of furniture and slamming of doors and people talking from the outside most of time. 6. Location: 3 min walk from subway line and you have to transfer trains to get to your place of destination. Pros 1. Room is controlled by smart features. 2. Hot shower takes less than 3 min. Pressure is acceptable. 3. Housekeeping service is good. They change our bedsheets and replenish our supplies every day. 4. Check in olcheck out service was fast. They gave us a room 2 hours before check in time. 5. I love the mattress. Not too stiff or soft. They gave us 4 pillows as standard. 6. Sufficient wall socket points were provided. 7. Mini fridge was useful. Most important of all, there are 4 washers and 4 dryers for your use and it is FOC. They provide laundry liquid too.
