    So far my experience was good! Pros: Near the Airport, Clean room, Free shuttle bus to the airport, there are so many nearby local restaurants. Cons: The Aircon is controlled that can't even be adjusted, Far from the city center, Far from the subway station, their bathroon door is an old styled bathroom door. The elevator is broken.

    My stay at this hotel during the Canton Fair was very disappointing. The hotel clearly advertised a free shuttle bus service on Agoda, but when I arrived, the staff suddenly informed me that the service is not free and asked me to pay for it. This is misleading, dishonest, and unacceptable for an international hotel. Before my arrival, I tried several times to contact the hotel by email to confirm transportation details. I received no response at all, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Basic communication should not be this difficult. When I raised the issue at the reception, the staff showed no real intention to solve the problem. Instead of honoring what was advertised, they pushed the cost onto the guest. Fortunately, only after speaking with the hotel manager, the issue was finally resolved properly. It should not require going to management just to receive fair treatment. On top of that, the room was not clean. The housekeeping quality was below standard, and basic room hygiene did not meet expectations. The breakfast was extremely limited and repetitive, with no variety at all. For a hotel hosting international guests, this is unacceptable. It felt cheap and uninspired. Another major issue is that most of the staff cannot communicate in English. This led to constant misunderstandings and made simple requests unnecessarily difficult. For an international event like the Canton Fair, proper communication skills are essential. For a hotel operating during a major global event, I expected professionalism, cleanliness, transparency, better service, and better communication. What I experienced was the complete opposite. I strongly hope management takes responsibility and improves these issues. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel and will not be staying here again in the future.

    Only stayed for the one night. First thing would be to make clear the name of the hotel. Trying to get a taxi to take us there seemed harder than necessary. Foyer was a bit messy, but the room was fine and as described. Close enough to the airport for quick layover
