    I clearly booked Linyin Art Hotel based on the confirmation/booking receipt (photo 1&2) Tell me why when we got there, the people at the frontdesk told us to go to the back where there was a building named Lintin (photo 3 & 4) and another frontdesk. They checked us in and brought us to our room. The room was dirty, floors were dusty, bathroom had hairs, dried up soap foam and the worst part, the walls were covered in molds, white and black molds (photo 5 & 6). We were sick the entire time we were there. We just endured it because it would be too taxing to move to another hotel. We just used the room to sleep in and went out during the day, minimizing our exposure. I dont know if Agoda knows about this but I hope when you book LinYin, you get LinYin and not LinTin 🤦‍♀️

    The price & location is a plus point for those having late flights at PVG. Rather than renting a luggage locker, you can stay here for your long wait as a transit. Please lower your expectation. I found the rooms dusty & not properly kept. Reception counter was fair in the service. Good to have the shuttle to airport/disneyland but you need to lift & place your luggages yourselves, the bus driver will not do it for you.

    The place and room was nice and cute vibe. The staff were friendly as well and gave us early check in to leave our stuff. Only cons is our room, which is not on the main building, has no elevator, so we need to drag our luggages up to 2nd floor

    저는 linyin art hotel 을 예약했는데 이 건물이 아니라면서 옆 건물로 가라고 하더라고요. 뭔지 모르고 갔더니 거기는 linyin holiday hotel 이었고 사진으로 본 것과는 딴판인 방 컨디션입니다. 리셉션에 가서 예약 건을 보여주면 내가 예약한 호텔 이름은 linyin art hotel 이라고 했더니 linyin holiday hotel 이 주소를 같이 쓰고 있다면서 제가 예약한게 holiday hotel 이 맞다고 하더군요. Linyin holiday hotel 은 화장실과 샤워실에서 찌린내가 심하게 났습니다. 더러운 공중화장실 수준의 찌린내요. Linyin art hotel 은 컨디션이 어떤지 모르겠지만 제가 예약한 것과 다른 방을 준다면 불안해서 예약을 어떻게 하겠어요?
