    One of the better hotels i've stayed in china. The room was really clean and pillow was at the right stiffness.. not the soft type. Not only that there is an mrt right outside the hotel. Only problem is the hotel is in a newly developed area so there wasn't any thing to shop.

    The room is spacious, with large TV. it was tidy and the air conditioner is quiet at night.

    i arrived at 11:30am, staff said please come back to check-in at 3:00pm. So i back on 3:00 but they can't release the room to me until 5:30pm. Waste my half day holiday time... I won't recommend this hotel.

    I have mentioned on my booking almost 3 weeks before that its my Partner Birthday so if can prepare small cake and flower would be greatful and would really appreciate..I even mentioned i don’t mind paying extra charge for those stuff i am planning to pay whatever it cost … But not a single thing was prepared or done anything during my whole 2 days stay i even requested more than a weeks earlier … Its a 5 star hotel and a highly respected brand internationally .. i have never experience these things in my entire stay at any of my stay on other hotels atleast they gave me heads up if my request can be done or not….if you couldn’t provide those requests then you should have mentioned earlier so that i can prepare by myself .. I am really Disappointed in your service standard and never expected these things from a 5 start hotel.. I felt my stay at your hotel was a waste of my time and my money and won’t be coming back anytime soon
