Les Grands Valats is a fully renovated and tastefully furnished 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom old farmhouse with a south-facing garden and heated swimming pool (if required and at extra cost), located in Provence, in SEGURET, a medieval village classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France, in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône wine-growing region near Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
The mas offers a high level of comfort and a peaceful atmosphere with terraces and a garden (+ 1600m2), planted with olive trees, lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean plants surrounding a large alarmed swimming pool.
The ground floor comprises a lounge-library with period stone fireplace, a spacious dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The floor is covered with terracotta tiles and the whole is comfortably furnished.
There is a ground floor bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, a bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and a shower room (shower and toilet).
The south-facing garden has many Provencal plants such as lavender, thyme, rosemary, fig, olive and various types of rose.
The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is open from June to September and has an alarm and a lovely beach.
