Remodeled two bedroom small cottage is located in a neighborhood just a few miles away from the beach. On a beautiful night with large surf, you can hear the waves out your window.
While Oceano is awesome - it's also an old funky beach town.
The neighbors are all friendly, but some of their houses are old and look run down. Rest assured, despite the old houses across the street and next door, our neighborhood is safe and friendly - we love our neighbors!
Come breathe in the coastal air and relax! There are no sidewalks in the neighborhood, just a lot of dirt and sand, but lots of character. Welcome to the beach! The neighborhood is classic central coast funk - old beach bungalows mixed in with newer homes. The house is just up the street from iconic Highway 1.

Your home away from home is a 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom vintage home equipped for small families including a high chair, and pack n play upon request.
When you walk through the front door you’ll enter the tiny living space that includes a small bistro size table along with a fully equipped kitchen. The space includes a completely renovated bathroom and walk in shower. Looking for an extended stay - got you covered with all kitchen supplies, appliances, and your own washer and dryer.
