About this house rental

1 gîte in a house comprising 4 accommodations. Ground floor: living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm.), bathroom (shower), separate WC. Terrace and grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. Weekly reservations from Saturday to Saturday only. Country house from 1923 overlooking the valley and the village of Flumet. South-facing hillside. Superb natural setting of meadows on the edge of the forest. Very comfortable. Warm mountain atmosphere. Large exposed terrace. Pleasant outdoor space. Splendid open view of Mont-Blanc. Ski Flumet link Espace Diamant 2.5km, Notre Dame de Bellecombe 5km, Megève 12km. Cross-country ski trails Flumet. Developed lake Flumet 2km. Gite located 2.5km from the Flumet slopes linking Domaine Espace Diamant (185km of slopes linking Les Saisies, ND de Bellecombe, Crest-Voland) and 12km from Megève linking Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc (445km of ski slopes linking La Giettaz, Combloux, St Gervais, St Nicolas de Véroce and Les Contamines-Montjoie). Privileged location of Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route Grandes Alpes, prestigious tourist route for motorcycles, mopeds and cars: access to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 46km away, Chamonix, a world-renowned town for hikers and mountaineers. Many other aerial, fun, sporting and outdoor activities between Flumet, La Giettaz, Praz sur Arly and Megève... An ideal stay facing Mont-Blanc!
