Moreover, it is ideally situated just a short walk away from the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring all that Calpe has to offer. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, this beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms in total. One master bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and also access to a private balcony with a laundry machine. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe space. Down the hall is a second bathroom, conveniently equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: The apartment is in a residential complex. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
7: There is construction in the surrounding neighborhood, which may cause noise pollution during the day.
