Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in first line of beach with communal swimming pool and parking space included in the price, sea and general view, fully equipped. Terrace and garden furniture. Lift, air conditioning in the living room, bed and bath linen, dishwasher, plasma TV, complete kitchenware, conventional oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, everything you need to feel at home.

Beautiful residential in the centre of Punta del Moral. Direct access to the beach via the 7 km promenade, which joins the ends of our beaches of Isla Canela and Punta del Moral, ideal for walking, sports or cycling with the family.

 

 

 

3 km to Isla Canela golf course, 4 km to Ayamonte, 60 km to Faro, 60 km to Huelva and 170 km to Seville.

Dear guest, to get from our offices in Punta del Moral to the flat:

 

You must exit again through the entrance barrier to the port and continue along Avda. de la Mojarra in the direction of the main and largest roundabout at the tourist exit of Punta del Moral.

(You must continue straight on).

 

Once you pass in front of the Playa Marina Hotel you will come to a small roundabout where you will have to make almost a U-turn and you will see the access to the car park next to the paddle tennis courts. 

 

**The pedestrian access is next to the "coviran" supermarket in front of the hotel.
