Charming bungalow with a hot tub

The modernly furnished bungalow “de Mees” takes you by surprise the moment you walk in: Though rather unassuming from the outside, many guests are amazed by how spacious it is—not least because of the high ceilings in the living/dining room. The charming, country-style details make the bungalow something special; underfloor heating, a dishwasher, and a washing machine provide ample comfort. The natural, fenced-in garden with a hot tub is also a wonderful place to relax and unwind from everyday life.

This vacation home is located in a small vacation park in the heart of Drenthe, south of the Drentsche Aa National Park. You can step right into the forest. It is a very beautiful, attractively furnished, detached 4-person bungalow on a private lot of over 550 m². The garden consists of a large, south-facing lot. Also ideal for guests who would like to bring their four-legged friend.

The vacation home and the entire property are at your disposal.

Rabbits and squirrels in the garden. In the summer, you can see bats flying. A short walk takes you right into the heart of the forest, to one of the beautiful heathlands or lakes. This part of Drenthe is known for its beautiful, expansive forests. It’s no coincidence that you’re here in the Drentsche Aa National Park, a unique landscape.

There is space for two cars on the bungalow’s property. Parking is free. A bus stop for Line 21 (Assen–Emmen) is located 1.5 km away. If desired, you can be picked up or dropped off at the bus stop.

Our vacation homes are rented without bed linens and towels as standard. These—as well as bathrobes and bicycles—can be rented for a fee. Feel free to contact us if you’re interested!

Firewood for the hot tub or fire pit can be purchased from us (9 kg for 10 €).
