The tastefully furnished house is located near the center and on two floors you will find everything you need for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday in beautiful Poreč/ Istria. A mature and stylishly landscaped garden offers a lot of privacy, two terraces and a balcony invite you to sunbathe and linger. The house is fully equipped with all things for daily needs. For a barbecue in a cozy atmosphere, there is a large barbecue and to cool off on hot summer days, the outdoor shower and air conditioning in the large bedroom await you. The car can be parked in front of the house. All windows are equipped with shutters and insect screens. For a small fee, a washing machine is available. On colder days, the house can be heated with underfloor heating or a fireplace.

Within walking distance are a small supermarket, a snack bar, a bakery and in the summer months a vegetable and fruit stand. In Porec, there are all shopping facilities and a variety of restaurants for every palate.

The market hall in the centre is open daily for you and offers fresh regional products such as fish, cheese, wine, meat, ham, vegetables and fruit.

There is a wide range of leisure activities in and around Poreč. Water rats, cyclists, sun worshippers, nature and culture lovers, partygoers and gourmets get their money's worth here.
