• All Vehicles require a gate pass to access Wild Dunes– up to 4 passes permitted per reservation

We loved this house and would choose it again! It was close to the ocean, had plenty of parking, had spacious rooms, and was well supplied with kitchen items, linens, etc. The property managers were great with all communications.

Grace House is a beautiful home with plenty of space and is very well located. I'd recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit Isle of Palms.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. However, the pictures shown are older and the property does need some work. The house was clean, the bedrooms were big and the kitchen had a large amount of plates, glasses, and everything you would need. What needs to be fixed are the stained rugs in the living room and downstairs master, the stained couch in the living room and the stained outdoor furniture both in the porch and the garage. It doesn't make you feel comfortable to sit on furniture with stains. Most of the outdoor furniture had mildew stains. The area around the pool needs to be completed with a full patio. There are areas where there is no grass and its just dirt and sand which gets into the pool. For the amount of money this homeowner charges, we expected better. The rental company was very good to work with and communicated with us quickly. We did have a great vacation, but will not stay at this property again. This is also not our first rental on IOP.
