This comfortably furnished home with 2 beds and 2 baths is located across from the Augusta National on a quiet street with a fenced back yard. There's a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. The well equipped kitchen has been updated to include new appliances, there's a front porch, a back patio, and a fireplace. The home is located close to shopping and restaurants and is less than 5 miles to downtown Augusta and the medical district. Pets welcome with $40 fee per pet.

National Hills is an older established neighborhood located approximately 4 miles from downtown Augusta, approximately 5 miles from North Augusta, and less than 2 minutes from the Augusta National Golf Club where the annual Masters Tournament is held in April each year. We are in a quiet section of the neighborhood that is located very close to the Augusta Canal where you can access the Augusta Canal towpath by entering at Eisenhower Park. The Augusta Canal towpath is flat and an easy walk from the house. It provides views of the Savannah River, Augusta Canal, and abundant wildlife.
There is room to park two cars in the driveway and street parking is also allowed in case you need to park a moving truck or additional vehicles during your stay.
Cozy home that has plenty of parking and has been professionally decorated to include seating areas in both bedrooms. There is a work area in the great room, a laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom provides a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed.
Augusta is best enjoyed using a personal vehicle.

We loved our stay in Agusta, the house was beautiful and very convenient to everything we needed. The yard was great for our dogs to play, though I will note the fence is low so if you have an escape artist you'll want to keep an eye on them!The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. I do want to note that the furniture is a bit dated (though it might be the style) and worn, so a few of the chairs had sharp nails that would poke us. Maybe they just need to be reupholstered. Overall though, it was a perfect stay for us and we would definitely love to rent this again if we were in the area!

Great location for our visit. I was shocked to find ice cubes in the freezer ready for us - big plus for me. Fully stocked kitchen with lots of storage. Plenty of food options, grocery stores, & wine stores etc. Whatever we needed was with in 30min and we loved that flexibility. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Cute smaller community & we saw some neighbors out and about enjoying their yards. The next-door unit was occupied but we never heard anything from that side. The back patio had wonderful furniture another plus as with a fenced in yard. Rose, Thx for you’re a quick communication &o help with anything we had questions on during our stay I appreciate it. Thank you! We will be back!
