AND we have nine other townhomes in the same complex so you can bring up to 100 of your family and friends! The townhomes are within walking distance to Boondocks Marina and only 7 minutes to Hwy 280 and right between Alex City and Dadeville! And let us know if you need a boat!

Layout and location of the house was great. The only downfall and the reason it's not 5 stars is the a/c couldn't keep up.
