Guest Access

You’ll have full access to the entire home, except for the studio in the backyard, which is rented separately. A unique entry code will be shared 24-48 hours before check-in for seamless self-check-in.

No parties or loud noise after 10 PM – this is a peaceful residential neighborhood
Well-trained pets (under 25 lbs) are welcome (must be disclosed & approved)
No shoes inside the house – a shoe rack is provided near the entrance
Security cameras are installed outside for safety (no cameras inside)
This home is professionally cleaned and stocked with fresh linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials to ensure a stress-free and comfortable stay.

By booking this property, you and all guests in your party acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Guests understand that staying in a private home involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the use of stairs, kitchen appliances, outdoor patio areas, and any provided amenities. Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their children, pets, and any additional visitors.

Supervision of Minors: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near stairs, kitchen appliances, and outdoor areas.

Outdoor & Security Measures: For security purposes, outdoor cameras are installed and may be recording. Guests agree not to tamper with or disable these devices.
Property Damage & Cleanliness: Guests agree to treat the home with care and will be held financially responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required after check-out.

No Liability for Personal Injuries or Loss: The homeowners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay. Additionally, they are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in the home.

Compliance with House Rules: Guests agree to abide by all house rules, including noise restrictions, pet policies, and parking guidelines.

Eligibility Requirement: Primary renter must be atleast 21yrs of age.
