About this villa rental
Nestled in the heart of a preserved natural environment, this spacious and comfortable house offers you an ideal setting for a peaceful stay. Renovated in 2022, it now has air conditioning in all three bedrooms, a new bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, as well as a large terrace to take full advantage of the outside.
Spread over two levels connected by an external staircase, this second home combines modern comfort and authenticity.
Upstairs:
A large bedroom with private bathroom and Italian shower, opening directly onto a private terrace.
A large corridor serving a toilet with washbasin, a dressing room, storage spaces and a laundry room.
A fully equipped kitchen, open to a convivial dining area.
A bright living room giving access to two furnished terraces:
One facing north-west with a breathtaking view of the Bavella chain.
The other, facing south-east, offering direct access to a tree-lined courtyard, a pergola and an outdoor shower.
The west terrace is equipped with an anti-UV shade fabric and two modular vertical blinds, allowing you to enjoy the panorama while protecting yourself from the sun. An external staircase leads to the lower level.
On the ground floor:
Two rooms:
One equipped with a double bed.
The other has two single beds.
Each has its own bathroom with Italian shower.
Direct access to a large terrace and separate toilets.
From this level, you directly reach a vast land below, offering a peaceful and green setting.

Only 700 meters away, a beautiful beach is within walking distance. In addition, our land allows direct access to hiking trails that wind through preserved nature, offering spectacular panoramas of the Gulf of Pinareddu.

We stayed in this beautiful house for three weeks and had a wonderful time. The communication and organization before and during our stay was perfect and we had a very warm welcome.
The house has everything one could want/need and more. When we weren't in the mountains or on the beach we spent our time on the beautiful terrace. The view is incredible and causes an immediate feeling of vacation. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and is perfect, especially for children. We hope to be able to have another vacation in this gorgeous house soon.
