About this house rental
Completely renovated to a high standard in 2020, this thatched-roof house on Bahnhofstrasse in Keitum offers plenty of space for up to 6 people on 4 levels. The southwest-facing sun terrace extends the spacious living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen to the sunny spots in the garden during warmer seasons. This area is completely enclosed and exclusively accessible for you. You can enjoy your first morning coffee in the sun on the bench in front of the kitchen. The garden area features a sun terrace with a beach chair, lounge chairs, and teak furniture, perfect for al fresco dining. The garden path takes you to the modern outdoor sauna, complete with a shower and relaxation loungers, in just a few steps. The light-filled ground floor houses the hallway and a guest toilet, the open-plan kitchen with an oven and dishwasher, and the spacious living room with a living and dining area, including a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The first floor features a beautifully designed bedroom with a view of the garden. There's plenty of space for your clothes and suitcases in the walk-in closet. Right next to the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with a very large rain shower, a freestanding bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine and dryer. The gable end houses a room with two cozy daybeds nestled under the sloping ceilings and a large flat-screen TV. Finally, in the basement, you'll find two cozy and spacious bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes. The climate here is always pleasant, even on the warmest days. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens on the windows, so you can leave them open without worry. Additionally, you'll find a completely newly built bathroom in the basement, also with a rain shower and toilet. The apartment includes two parking spaces.
