**RULES**
Electricity costs ARE NOT INCLUDED.
This home is pet-friendly; two small dogs and a kitten live here. They are just as much a part of the household as you are, so please respect them and enjoy their company.
If you do not want the company of the house pets, you can let us know IN ADVANCE, and they will be taken to another location during your stay without any problem.
If you bring your own pets, we must reach a prior agreement on whether the house pets will interact with yours or not.
Although parties, events, and celebrations are permitted, you must give advance notice that such an event will be held. You may play loud music and use the pool, but you must always maintain order and ensure the safety of all attendees.
Any damage caused to the property’s infrastructure or furnishings must be paid for immediately or the damaged item replaced. Please keep in mind that in this country, decorative items, among other things, are extremely expensive, so you must take the utmost care not to damage anything.
It is prohibited to remove any items from the house (TV, board games, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, household items, etc.)
Due to the size of the villa, there are several employees (gardener and pool attendant) who must have access to the property from time to time. If you are staying for an extended period, employee access to the property is mandatory; they are responsible for maintaining the water systems, grounds, and cleaning up after pets, etc. These employees are part of the Villa’s staff and must always be treated with the same respect that they will show you; any disrespect toward them may result in disciplinary action.
If you do not hire cleaning services during your stay, you must leave the property exactly as you found it, with everything tidied up—both in the bedrooms and the kitchen—and you must also pay for the additional disinfection service to prepare the property for the next guests.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that none of the skin care, personal care, or cleaning products provided contain any ingredients or compounds to which they are allergic or intolerant.
It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that any visitors they receive in the property are people of good faith and do not harbor any ill will toward the guest or the occupied property; otherwise, if a visitor were to cause or present any kind of problem in the residence, the tenant will be held fully responsible and liable for any resulting expenses.
It is the guest’s responsibility to notify us as soon as possible and without delay if any problem or inconvenience—no matter how minor—occurs during their stay, whether involving any physical part of the property, any of its tenants, or any pets while on the premises.
Towels are for drying, not for cleaning; if any towel is left in poor condition, you will be charged $20 to purchase a new one, or you may replace it yourself.
Sheets must also be returned in good condition, free of cigarette burns, bloodstains, or other stains; otherwise, a charge of 50 US$ will be applied to replace the set of sheets, or you may replace them yourself.
The doors to the villa and to EACH room must remain closed at night and whenever no one is in the villa.
