There are four bedrooms in total, and for children, a crib, a high chair, and a game console are available in the children’s room. The living room is open to the kitchen, which is well-equipped with a microwave and dishwasher, among other appliances. Here, you can make yourself comfortable by the fireplace or in front of the TV with a DVD player and satellite reception and enjoy a good book or an exciting movie. After a long walk through the beautiful countryside, you can relax in the on-site hot tub and warm up in the sauna. The excellent amenities also include a tropical shower. The second bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. The house is situated on a natural lot, and outside you’ll find a large, partially covered terrace with a barbecue fireplace, lounge area, sun loungers, and a beach chair—perfect for sunny days and cozy barbecue evenings.

In addition to the attractive, kilometer-long beach, there is also a climbing park, a mini-golf course, a skateboard park, a small family restaurant, and an ice cream parlor open during the summer near the beach park. Other possible leisure activities include horseback riding on the beach or a visit to the “Grömitzer Welle” water park. Golf enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here and can visit the 18-hole and 9-hole Grömitz golf courses, as well as other excellent courses. You may also want to purchase the so-called “golf package,” which grants you access to five different nearby golf courses.
