The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 62 m² air-conditioned house in La Ciotat, just 1.5 km from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, adjoining the owners' house, it features a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 30 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A terrace and a 30 m² garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
This 4-star nautical resort, gateway to the Parc National des Calanques, is the birthplace of cinema and pétanque.
Come and discover the many activities this charming town has to offer: visit the port market to stock up on fresh local produce, then dive into the crystal-clear waters of the famous Côte d'Azur, indulge in a variety of water sports and take a short break in the sublime calanques of Figuerolles or on the Île Verte. At the end of the day, take a stroll through the Mugel botanical garden, where you'll marvel at the beauty and diversity of the plants, then head to the main square to enjoy an open-air cinema. Last but not least, a pedestrian/bike path, accessible to all, takes you from the residence to the station or the beach.
- Events: 9-day boat show every year, show and concert at the Théâtre de la Chaudronnerie.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public parking lot 30 m from the accommodation.
