**Island Condo Unit 1 – Stunning Oceanfront Retreat with Gorgeous Views!**
Discover your perfect beach getaway at this beautifully renovated, professionally decorated one-bedroom, one-bath oceanfront condo. Located on the west side of the island, this charming condo offers breathtaking ocean views from both the bedroom and living room – just steps from the beach! Ideal for a couple or small family, it combines comfort and convenience in an unbeatable location.
The modern bathroom features a stylish tile shower with a frameless enclosure and ample counter space with storage for your personal items. The bedroom is designed for rest and relaxation, with a brand new queen mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The cozy living room invites you to unwind on the comfortable sofa, which converts into a queen sleeper sofa. It also includes a Smart TV, two chairs, and a dinette table for meals and games.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig and regular coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy your favorite brew during your stay. Sliding glass doors lead you to a spacious deck, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon drink. At the end of the deck, you'll find a shared gazebo with seating, providing a relaxing spot to watch the waves.
Just a short walk away, you'll find the pier and a variety of shops, entertainment, and dining options.
Please note: there is no washer and dryer on the property.
Enjoy high-speed internet, central heat and air, and easy keyless entry to the condo. Designated covered parking is conveniently located directly underneath the unit.
**Please note**: EV charging is strictly prohibited at this complex, including for vehicles, golf carts, bikes, scooters, skateboards, and wheelchairs.*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

The property and living space was clean and inviting. Living space was a little smaller than we thought from pictures but still comfy for two people. Great view of the water and easy access to the beach. Town itself was clean compared to other nearby beach towns. Definitely would rent again.

Great little spot. Beautiful view of the ocean with easy beach access. A little small but perfect for two people. Linen service provided for sheets and bath towels but just keep in mind zero paper towels/toilet paper/soap/additional trash bags provided. Wish they at least provided extra trash bags for the kitchen we were not expecting there to be none. Smart TVs with streaming service apps available came in handy when the weather wasn’t great. They also provide a basket of books to read which I thought was so kind. The condo is easily walkable to the pier and mini golf and several restaurants. It was super quiet during our stay and we were very pleased. There is a convenient foot wash station on your way back in from the beach as well as convenient and easy dedicated parking. We were pleasantly surprised at being offered early check in without asking and really loved being able to get into our stay early on arrival day. Check out is a little earlier than other rentals at 9am but was not an issue for us as we had to leave early anyways. Would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for our 1 year wedding anniversary! I wanted something right on the water and super convenient for just us - this property was perfect! We will definitely be going back here!
