House was clean and beds are great and comfy listing agent was super helpful and extremely quick to respond by messaging or phone call. Super accommodating. House is close to beach but far away enough that you don’t get all the noise and traffic. It was very quiet. Everything is extremely well maintained at Oceanlakes and it is convenient to a lot of things including the airport

I enjoyed my stay at this location. However, it was not perfect. The few negatives we experienced was no fault of the host, but were disappointing still. There was a lot of pollen on the outdoor furniture, which was no surprise, but did mean that we had to clean the table and chairs before we could use them. Then starting on our 2nd morning, there was a jarring, or trembling felt as we were awakened early by a jackhammer breaking up a concrete slab at the home across from us. The construction went on all week. My friend and I are night shift nurses that are used to sleeping in late, and all this made it impossible to sleep late; nor could we sit out on the porch to enjoy breakfast, in fact, it was after 5p each day before we could use it. Out of all the homes, I chose the one where this active construction was going on, so I wish I had thought to ask about that prior to booking...just wasn't something I even considered. It was a lot of money spent to have to tolerate something so noxious. Even still, it is a cute home, clean inside, close to the beach, comfortable beds, was able to have my furbabies with me, and the golf cart was nice to have. I would stay there again.
