This is a single story mid century modern styled home. It may not be suitable for children. There is a sunken living room and sunken soaking tub in the Spa room. The house is also decorated with artistic design pieces. Similarly, pets are not encouraged but a small extremely well behaved dog will be considered. The yard is not fenced in.
