It has air conditioning, two double beds, sofa bed, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is a flat screen TV (Smart TV). The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.Modern and cosy loft totally refurbished. It is a third floor by stairs. Communal swimming pool with sunbeds. Fully fitted kitchen and air conditioning. Very bright so it is ideal for teleworking.It is 200 metres walking distance to the beach. Very quiet area and parking on the street but no problem to park. The Calaburra Lighthouse is 50 metres away and can be seen from the windows and also the sea.The Miramar leisure centre is 500 metres away by car and the AquaMijas water park is 1 km away. Marbella and Malaga are 25 minutes by car. Bus stop 2 minutes walk. Restaurant and bar nearby. La Cala de Mijas and golf course are a five minute drive away and the coastal path along the beach starts in La Cala de Mijas and continues to Marbella. The airport is a 20 minute drive away. Maria Zambrano train station is 25 minutes away by car and Fuengirola train station is 10 minutes away. Supermarkets in La Cala de Mijas and in the Miramar centre. Sports centre in La Cala and Fuengirola. The Costa del Sol hospital is 15 minutes by car.
