Our comfortable 2-room bungalow offers the perfect setting for two people and up to four-legged friends. It’s located on a spacious, sunny natural lot and is just a two-minute walk from the beach. The property is naturally fenced.
The bungalow features a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower—all on one level. The rooms have easy-to-maintain tile floors.
The living area features a cozy sofa set, a dining area, an LCD satellite TV, a stereo system with a DVD/CD player, and a wood-burning stove with a viewing window. In addition, gas central heating ensures comfortable temperatures.
The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (approx. 1.80 m x 2.00 m). From here, you have direct access to the shower room.
The kitchen offers direct access to the fenced-in garden on the sunny side of the property. Here you’ll find a small wooden deck, lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill.
A parking space is located directly on the property next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
For children, there is a playground with a trampoline, swing, slide, and climbing wall.
