This property had both great things and bad things.Super view up the beach, very unique and beautiful. The building itself is very tired and worn, so the building and amenity experience is bad.The big thing however was the condition of the unit upon arrival. We were met with de-watering equipment and a big hole in the ceiling. Given what the price point per day was this shouldn’t have happened.We spoke with the PM, who promised no construction work would occur during our stay. The next day we came back mid-day and equipment had been moved around and work had been done. All of our things were in the unit, including our licenses and wallets. Later when we were headed out, we met a worker in the hall getting ready to come into our unit.The property management group was just a bunch of lip service. They stopped communicating after the first day and promised some sort of resolution for this and there never was.Positive and negative experience
