The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Property itself was generally fine (water and ice dispenser on fridge did not work). Unfortunately we did not have access to community amenities we were promised. Vacasa was very unresponsive. Pretty frustrating.
