- The condominium requires that the owner of each unit operating a vacation rental send a photo of a valid official document in the national territory or passport of each guest. The document must have the guest's photo. Regarding national documents, the RG (Brazilian National Identity Card) must be front and back, and the CNH (Brazilian Driver's License) only needs the front. Only one document needs to be sent. Home in Rio can send the documents of the guests entering the building to stay in the rented property to the building administration by email until 8:30 AM on the day of check-in. If you wish to make the reservation on the day of check-in, after 10:30 AM, please consult Home in Rio. The stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking. Any difference will incur an extra fee. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If the guest returns the property with a strong smell of cigarettes inside, the fine is R$500.00. Any damage caused to the linens will be the guest's responsibility. We do not accept pets in the property. If a guest violates this rule, the fine is R$1000.00 plus the costs of any damage caused by the animal.
- The mattress has 2 waterproof covers. Immediately after check-out, if the mattress has any stains or is wet, the guest will pay a fine of R$1000.00.
