At "Inselherz," a 56-square-meter upper-floor/top-floor apartment for 2–4 people awaits you, featuring a living room with a wood-burning stove, a large bathroom, a balcony, and a private garden.
The high-quality Frisian-style house "Inselherz" was newly renovated and furnished in early 2022.
The cozy living area features a balcony, a wood-burning stove, heated floors, a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), an LG Smart TV, internet radio, and Telekom Wi-Fi.
From the first floor, you can access the open-concept attic with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm), a single bed (90x200 cm), an LG Smart TV, and a safe.
The open, new country-style kitchen with a separate dining area features Siemens and WMF appliances.
The full bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. You’ll also find a makeup mirror, a Braun professional hair dryer, and Rituals cosmetic samples waiting for you.
You have exclusive use of the 100-square-meter garden area. Here, a seating area and a beach chair await you.
The “Inselherz” is located in the geographical center of the island of Sylt. From here, you can explore the island by bike or on foot.
Westerland (2 km), Keitum (2 km), Wenningstedt (4 km), and Kampen (7 km) border Tinnum. Both the mudflats and the beach are just a few minutes away by bike.
Nearby, you’ll find, among other things, TV chef Bodendorf’s Landhaus Stricker, a bakery, a bike rental shop, a supermarket, and the “Tinnum-Mitte” bus stop.
Access to the house is very easy thanks to a modern code lock and magnetic key system. Upon arrival, you can easily open the front door and the apartment door on your own.
Pets are not allowed on the upper floor of “Inselherz.”
