Ideal location in a lovely residential area just a few minutes walk from the bustling historical town of Carrick-on-Shannon, with wonderful cafés, award-winning restaurants, welcoming bars with lively traditional music and the beautiful Marina & boardwalks down by the river.

Our 100yr old family home has been recently renovated to provide all the comforts of modern day living, but with an old fashioned charm:
- private gated front & rear gardens with large driveway for off-street parking
- rear patio and garden laid to shrubs and lawns
- kitchen/living room with open fire
- 2nd TV/living room with stove
- 3 double bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms (2 baths & 3 showers)
- utility/laundry room with washing machine/tumble dryer, indoor clothes airers & outside clothes lines for drying washing
- free wifi
- Sky satellite & English BBC & Irish TV channels
We are nearby and always on hand to answer any questions and ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Strictly NO parties, events, hens or stag groups. Unsuitable guests will be asked to leave immediately.
Bookings may be refused at host’s discretion. We regret that any unauthorised additional guests will result in a penalty charge and the right to cancel the entire booking with immediate effect.
