About this house rental
Just about 400 meters from the water on Fur, this cottage is located on a 3032 m2 large natural plot with a very nice view from the 1st floor and from the balcony you can enjoy the nature in the area. Ground floor is furnished with combined kitchen / living / dining room, from which there is direct access to the house terrace. The kitchen is i.a. equipped with refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Bright living room with TV, DVD player and radio. Free internet is installed. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms, all with double beds. Bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is an additional guest toilet in the house. Both washer and dryer are installed. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
