About this house rental
Well-situated holiday home with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and various activities, suitable for several families, in an attractive area only 250 m from kilometers of magnificent North Sea beach. The holiday home is also energy-friendly with solar energy, geothermal heating and a sunken pool, which means that the consumption of this house with swimming pool is among the lowest in the area. In addition, the solar heating consumption is FREE for guests. The holiday home offers a wonderful swimming pool area with one of the largest swimming pools in the area at 21 m² with a swim trainer and lights. Access to the pool room is via the living room. There's also a 2-seater hot tub and furniture so the whole family can spend time together. The holiday home has two bathrooms, both with a shower and bathing environment. There is also a sauna for 7 people. The cottage's other activities provide many hours of entertainment for both children and adults. These include billiards, table tennis, air hockey, table football and outdoor darts. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room/kitchen. The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels, free internet, radio, DVD player and stereo with CD player. There is a wood-burning stove for a cool summer evening or a rainy fall evening. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machines. The house is also a fisherman's house with a cleaning area where you can prepare the day's catch. You'll find a 200-liter chest freezer, washing machine and dryer in the utility room. For the little ones, there are 2 high chairs and 2 baby cots. There are also swings, a playhouse and a sandpit. There is an open terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue where you can enjoy dinner while the sun sets over the North Sea. In Vrist or Harboøre, you can board the small local, historic railway, which can take you to both Lemvig and Thyborøn, where there is a cozy harbor environment, good shopping opportunities and visits to Havets Hemmeligheder, Sea War Museum or Jyllandsakvariet. A holiday home to be experienced, suitable for all seasons. Not available for youth groups and craftsmen.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
