About this house rental
Cottage just a few minutes walk from the water and in a quiet cottage area. Spacious and bright living room with a bright bay window with good dining area and access to the covered terrace and garden. Kitchen and renovated bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a large room with double bed with a view of the water and a room with 2 single beds and access to a balcony overlooking the water. There is a narrow staircase up to the first floor. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Layout: open kitchen(cooker(electric), coffee machine, fridge(+ freezer), washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), high chair), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed), air to air heatpump
These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price.
Final Cleaning: DKK 950.00, or all cleaning needs to be done by yourself

Electricity: DKK 3.74/kWh
Bed linen: Possible to rent per package, DKK 155.00 p.p./Stay

We enjoyed our time here, The place had a cozy feel, and we loved the terrace for our morning coffee, It was a nice touch that it was pet-friendly, as we brought our dog along, The location was fairly central, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, No complaints!

Very practical stay! The location was convenient, with Aalborg Airport being a reasonable drive away, We made the most of the nearby restaurants, especially Madlyst, which was delicious, Overall, a solid choice for a family getaway,
