I stayed at this location for a little over 2 months while I finalized a home purchase. A gentleman showed up as we were moving in wanting his clothes out of the washer. I called about it and was told to enter the home and it was beautiful and safe. We later found the door code written on paper and left in a drawer. The code was not changed and we worried he’d come back! We did not have access to the garage as the owner said the prior tenant left garbage and we’d be burdened with flies if we opened the door. The volume didn’t work on the TV and the shower mat was full of mold/mildew. I cleaned the shower so my family could use it. The fridge had a note to not use ice/water but it hadn’t been turned off so it leaked. I cleaned this up but my food froze onto the shelf before I realized what was happening. The last month the yard was never mowed. A gentleman showed up our last day after most of the yard was knee high and parked in our parking spots. The dryer takes 2 cycles to dry clothes. If I wasn’t desperate for a temporary place for my family at a reasonable rate I would’ve left. Grateful to have found a home and to move on from this. In general, this home needs some routine maintenance!
