The property shares a commercial fishing pier with a local lobsterman, giving you a front-row seat to watch lobster boats head out each morning and return with the day’s catch. Be sure to grab some fresh lobster right off the dock when they’re in!
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with spectacular river views. Step outside onto the waterfront deck, complete with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening meal while watching the boats pass by.
The home includes:
* Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen bed
* Two full bathrooms upstairs and a convenient half bath downstairs
* A well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lobster pot, and everything you need to prepare meals

Downstairs, the game room offers plenty of entertainment with a pinball machine, pool table, and a retro slot machine. From there, you can step directly onto the front lawn overlooking the water.

This is an authentic working waterfront shared with local lobstermen. During the summer months, lobster boats leave early each morning and return throughout the day. While many guests enjoy watching the activity, please note that this is an active commercial dock.
Families are warmly welcomed. For everyone’s safety, children must be closely supervised at all times on the dock and around the waterfront.

Such a beautiful property with an unbeatable view of the water! It was so comfortable and the kitchen was huge and well equipped. If we are ever back in Maine, this is where we would stay again!

Holly was amazing! So responsive. The house is great. The view is spectacular. As a family we spent a lot of time in the basement playing pool and darts. We will definitely be coming back

Clark’s Cove is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene, especially the view from the house and porch. The house is spacious and well appointed. There is a lobsterman on the dock who sells delicious lobster. We had a wonderful time
