About this house rental
Our house sits directly on the Damariscotta River and is tucked up in beautiful Clarks Cove . This location has a commercials fishing pier which is shared with a local lobsterman and some other recreational use during the summer months . Enjoy Watching the lobster boats come and go and don’t miss your chance to buy the lobster catch of the day .
The house has an open living , dining kitchen area that have spectacular views of the river including a deck with table and chairs off the living room , it has high speed internet, towels, linens, and a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee maker , toaster , microwave and lobster pot . There is also a grill .
Two bedrooms with queen beds and two full bathrooms upstairs . The downstairs game room has pin ball , pool table and retro slot machine . You can access the front lawn right from the game room which also has a half bath for convenience when you hanging out on the lawn .
This location is part of working water front , to local lobsterman in the summer months Lobster boats leave port early. Families are very welcome, for safety children must be closely supervised by their parents on the dock and surrounding areas near water .
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine .
Love the water? this property has deep water access and spot to dock your boat! Or we can provide you with information about a guided fishing trip …During the summer months . Kayaks are provided for paddling around the cove .

Holly was amazing! So responsive. The house is great. The view is spectacular. As a family we spent a lot of time in the basement playing pool and darts. We will definitely be coming back

Clark’s Cove is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and serene, especially the view from the house and porch. The house is spacious and well appointed. There is a lobsterman on the dock who sells delicious lobster. We had a wonderful time

It was a wonderful place to stay. Had everything you needed to feel right at home in addition getting fresh lobster right off the dock. Holly it's one of those very quiet relaxing comfortable gems you hate to leave. Thank you for letting us stay. Kathy/mike
