Welcome to our charming 3BR/3BA condo close to Williamsburg! Located just minutes from historic Williamsburg, you can explore the area or stay on property and relax by the pool and enjoy the many family friendly amenities on site. Experience all that Williamsburg has to offer from historic landmarks along one of Williamsburg's many walking and biking trails like Powhatan Creek Trail, Historic Jamestown Bike Trail, and Freedom Park, historic downtown Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens.

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom option is a lockout with two units joined together with a door within each unit. One unit is a 2BR, 2 bath unit with a small (but sufficient) kitchen, dining room and living room with an additional double pull out sofa bed and the other unit is a 1BR, 1 bath unit with a small efficiency kitchen and a small kitchen table and a double pull out sofa bed. The kitchen/living room does have a door so you can essentially close that off with the sofa bed and have 2 separate sleeping areas for a total of 4 private sleeping areas when using the sofa bed. We got an updated unit and it was clean and had adequate kitchen gear. We appreciated that the units came with all bedding and towels, full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soaps, toilet paper, tissues, a hairdryer and curling iron in each bathroom. The kitchen had trash bags, dish soap, brand new sink sponge, paper towels, dish towels, coffee, salt and pepper in each kitchen. The beds are comfortable but they did shake anytime someone came out of their room and let the door slam. The air conditioning was great. The amenities on the property are great but it does get crowded. We used the pool and arcade. Both were very crowded. They are open 7AM to 10pm and were very close distance to our building (7). The food at the pool bar took about 45 minutes to get and was not great. Shower handle broke off but maintenance fixed it quickly. Nice stay overall
