LumberJill Lodge is ideally situated just a short stroll from downtown Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, offering guests easy access to charming local shops, eateries, and a brewery. A leisurely walk also leads to Balsam Lake Beach, featuring a playground, picnic areas, and a boat launch, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and outdoor activities.
PARKING
If your group is bringing more than one vehicle we ask that you park in front of the room behind one another. You can park to the right of Building 2, near the steps going up, or anywhere on the exterior of our upper parking lot. Please do not block any parking spots in front of the buildings!
Property Rules:
-Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
-No parties
-ALL people staying need to be listed on the reservation
-ALL people must be included in guest count (teens, children & infants )
-Guests will not tamper with any security cameras on the exterior of the property
-No smoking or drugs in the room. Smell remediation of any kind will result in a charge starting at $175
-Additional cleanings resulting from a party, start out at $150, please be respectful of our property and clean up after yourselves
-Pets: We are a DOG friendly motel
- We allow dogs at the property at the cost of $20 per dog, per day. We only allow up to 2 dogs per room. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA.
- Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable.
Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed.
-Flush only toilet paper in our toilets. Even the `flushable wipes` should not be used
-Unapproved late check outs will incur a $30/per hour charge
-Travel insurance recommended. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather
