This is a great house in a great area. Easy to get to and close to all of the places we were visiting. The owner relayed the check in and check out procedures clearly and was available for questions throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house and will plan to stay again when I’m back visiting.

Perfect house for one or two couples or a small family. The pool had a nice splash pad which is perfect for small children. We saw dolphins, cownose rays, and many different types of birds from the dock behind the house. The kitchen had everything you need in it. The beds were very comfortable. Great location - close to Pine Island, Punta Gorda, and Cape Coral.

We enjoyed the house especially the outdoor space. The location was convenient to beaches and restaurants. Would love to bring the grandkids next time.
