Charming house just renovated with swimming pool in the center of Fontaine le Comte, 15 minutes from Futuroscope and close to the A10 and N10 roads.
Composed of two parts: the Jumapi apartment (on the first floor) and the Jumapi house (on the 1st floor), it will charm you with its spaces.
Perfect for a stay with family/friends or for professionals with its 4 sleeping areas.
The Jumapi cottage is an old house from the 70s converted into a two parts:
The Jumapi apartment (on the first floor):
- a TV lounge area with sofa bed (160x200) overlooking the garden
- a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, please note that there is no oven in the apartment) with dining area for 2/4 people
- a bedroom with a KING SIZE bed 180 x 200 (possibility of making two beds of 90 x 200) on request.
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
The JUMAPI house (on the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase independent of the apartment):
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room:
* electric hob
* oven
* microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster
* fridge, freezer
- the dining room and the living room: a large bright living room opening onto the garden and a large terrace wooden sofa with a view of the swimming pool.
- a sofa bed 140 x 190 in the living room
- a bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE bed 160 x 200 (possibility of making two children's beds 80 x 190)
- a bedroom with a KING SIZE bed 180 x 200
- a shower room
- a separate toilet
- access by a staircase to the laundry room in the garage with washing machine
