Welcome to your private St. Augustine abode. This inviting 750-sq. ft. cottage is comfortably designed for four adults, and can easily accommodate a (small) fifth guest. Eclectically decorated, it has everything needed for an enjoyable getaway- and historic downtown is less than a mile away. Nestled back from the street on a fully fenced 1/3 acre lot, the secluded front deck and lushly landscaped yard provide additional living space.

With its artsy gray and black decor, the Jack-and-Jill bathroom is accessible from either the den or bedroom, ensuring complete privacy.

The secluded deck features a gas BBQ grill, zero-gravity lounge chairs, and a table with umbrella (and 4 chairs) – perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining! The sizable lot features an expansive backyard with a variety of mature trees and native foliage.
