Pool -North Windmark Pool is not heated, but the village side pool is heated during winter months. We cannot guarantee the pool is heated during your stay, typically it's heated from Mid November to April.

-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

House was clean and beautiful. Lots of room for everybody. Loved the little pizza store and my kids loved the ice cream place. The beach access was convenient and never seemed busy. One day there was live music in the courtyard which was really nice! We had friends staying in the same neighborhood so it was fun to all be together. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants close by also. Quick drive to Mexico beach and about 35 min to the State Park.

House was very clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds and the golf cart. Neighborhood was quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Pool was close by and open from dawn to dusk. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Kids found a lot of seashells on the beach. There was a cute little candy store that had delicious ice cream as well.

We loved the house, it was very clean and we loved the screened in porches! The location was wonderful! It was easy to get to the beach and close to the pool and shops.The beaches were so nice and clean. The water was calm and great for little kids and families. We also loved the golf cart it made it easy to get around and also to take a quick trip to either go get pizza or ice cream. We also would take good cart ride on the designated paths and the kids loved it! The pool was also very nice. The staff was very nice and professional. They were also easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. We would definitely use Renting the Coast again.
