All furnishings, LG appliances, bedding, etc. are all brand new in January 2025.
Master suite comes with king bed, 50 inch flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk in shower.
2nd bedroom comes with Queen size bed and 43" flat screen TV.
3 bedroom comes with two Twin beds and 43” flat screen TV.
Both Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom share the 2nd bathroom that has its own shower with bath and a very spacious vanity.
Your rental comes fully equipped and rental ready with bed linens, bath towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, common kitchen appliances and more.
As a courtesy, a few ** trial size** items such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2- laundry pods and 2 - dish detergent pods will be left in the unit for use along with a limited amount of paper goods (1- roll of toilet paper for each bathrooms and 1- roll of paper towels for the kitchen).
***It is strongly recommended you purchase additional supplies at one of our local merchants for the remainder of your stay.***
We have provided Four Beach Chairs, One Beach Umbrella and Four Beach Towels for you. These items can be found inside the Laundry room.
