Only 10 minutes from Notre Dame, South Bend International Airport, downtown South Bend, downtown Niles, 15 minutes to Redbud, 30 minutes to the New Buffalo beach and wineries.
Home is currently being improved, and we have more to do, but it is ready for you to benefit while we polish it up.

-back bedroom, so living room is currently being used as a bedroom.
- shower pressure is not powerful. You'll be clean, no worries.
- back yard is a work in progress.
- new flooring in the entire house.
