Welcome to Banks’ Haven! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation with breathtaking sound views. The home features an open concept layout that connects the dining area and kitchen, creating a bright and airy space to gather, dine, and unwind.
Wake up to the view of the sound in the master bedroom, which includes a spacious walk-in closet and a private ensuite for ultimate convenience and privacy. The two additional bedrooms provide comfort for family or friends. A second full bathroom ensures ample space for everyone.
Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, ideal for rising off after a day on the water. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the water views or preparing meals in the kitchen, this rental is designed for relaxation and ease.
Nestled in a small, secluded town this location is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or friends looking for a tranquil escape by the water.
BED CONFIGURATION:
1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 1 Bunk Bed
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

-No smoking
-Swimming is at guest own risk
-Refrigerator does not dispense water/ice

This was our first time staying at this house. The management team was excellent. Extremely prompt responses at any time. The house was exceptionally clean and very well put together. It had items for infants and small children which was wonderful. We will definitely be booking again
