You have the whole condo. Cleaning Service after each 30 days during stay if desired. Quiet, gated community in a safe, upscale neighborhood. Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom townhome. Master Suite/queen bed, private attached bath. 2nd bedroom/queen bed with detached bath. Large Private Patio with beautiful view of greenbelt with lots of trees. Enjoy breakfast on the patio overlooking the serene view. You will have a Private attached 2 car garage with direct entry into the house. You will have your own code for the keyless entry, and remotes for the gate and garage.
For business travelers: there are two desks, a printer, and other supplies. Fast reliable wifi 600+ mbps.
For traveling nurses: it is conveniently located near several hospitals.
10min. from Ontario airport. Walking distance to grocery stores, banks, Starbucks. 2 blocks from The Pacific Electric Trail, a 21-mile, popular multi-use path, runs through Rancho Cucamonga, offering a great opportunity for walking, running, and cycling, with connections to other trails and local attractions.
