A charming apartment located in a small, quiet condominium just a few steps from the Prarion ski lift. You’ll especially appreciate the breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc range, the fully equipped kitchen, and the TV area. Ideal for enjoying the tranquility of Les Houches, its legendary ski area, and the many activities in the surrounding area, all while taking advantage of its proximity to Chamonix.

This 55 m² apartment consists of the following rooms:
- Entryway with storage
- Living room (TV, fiber-optic internet. Wood-burning stove not available) with dining area (seats 4) and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, etc.). Access to a private balcony to fully enjoy sunny days.
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160 cm)
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140 cm)
- Bathroom (shower, sink)
- Toilet
You’ll find a second living room on the mezzanine, perfect for watching a good movie after a day of activities. A storage room for your gear is also available.
Located 500m from Prarion, where you’ll find a bakery and ski rental. Other shops can be found in the center of Les Houches (3 km), including restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a post office, and more.
Enjoying a snack at the Lake Chavants refreshment stand is always a pleasant experience. Spa and massage treatments at the Hameau de Pierre Blanche (excellent value for money) or at the Spa Deep Nature in Les Granges d’en Haut (exceptional views). Tennis courts, a climbing wall, and many other activities nearby.
Chamonix is just 15 minutes away, offering a lively atmosphere year-round.
A private parking space in the residence’s underground parking garage is available for your use. A car is recommended, and snow tires are required in winter.
The “Chavants” bus stop is 50 meters away, and the Prarion ski lift is 500 meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to reach the Bellevue ski lift and the center of Les Houches, and 15 minutes to reach the center of Chamonix.
Pets are allowed—in the event of damage or additional cleaning, extra charges may apply.
